What we cannot help with
- Money. There are no balances, deposits, withdrawals, refunds or prizes here, so there is nothing to pay out or recover.
- Accounts. We run no registration or sign-in, so there is no password to reset and no account to close.
- Real-money gambling. We are not an operator and cannot act on a dispute or a self-exclusion. The services on our responsible gaming page are the right place for that.
We deliberately run no contact form: a form would mean collecting and storing your details, and we would rather not hold them at all. Email reaches a person and usually gets an answer within a few working days.
